Chassis not level

I have a 2007 Fleetwood Terra LX. I have noticed that the unit leans to the passenger side, this may have always been true but, I had always attributed it to road conditions. That is not the case! On a level surface, I have measured the frame rail height, there is just under one inch difference between the two sides, the starboard side being lower. Anyone have a similar issue and how should one go about remedying the situation?

Our 94 Bounder was the same way. We had air bags installed on the chassis and just inflated the one side a bit more to level the ride. They worked great. The air bags were manufactured by Firestone and available at Camping World along with other suppliers.

I had a broken leaf in the rear spring that caused mine to lean.
