I have seen the Coachmen UFO. It looks like Coachmen has done it right. Good floor plan, nice interior, and nice paint job. Floor plan is similar to the 383 Cross Country.

Mike, did you see a Coachman "UFO" of a Georgie Boy Mfg. "Cruise Master" by Coachman "UFO"? Are they twins like the Destination and Latitude? Bagman57

There are no twins, Coachmen builds the Georgie Boy -- there are more in production --- and a few UFO chassis ready to roll into the building.

Mike, I sent an Email to Coachman on two occasions asking them to advise me when they are building on the "UFO" chassis, so I can drive on down to Middlebury, Ind. (about 190 miles from here) and do the factory tour. So far no reply from either Coachman Industries or GBM. You would think they would want as many potential motor home buyers to be aware of their new product. After all, Georgie Boy hasn't been a huge sales success lately. I'm definitely a poitential new customer and desire more information. Regards, Chuck.

These UFO coaches are as elusive as the Flounder!!! And, the Workhorse Super Sport chassis.
The Flounder was the only 40' motorhome ever built on the W22 chassis. It had a garbage disposal standard, of all things!! Imagine ground up garbage going in your gray tank!!
How about a Flounder UFO.

The Flounder is now the Siena and still built on the W22.

Depchief and I went aboard a 37ft. Destination UFO today here in Myrtle Beach at Camper Country. Over all I think there are things that can be different but I think that it has a chance at success. CC also had a 39 foot FLCC Destination. The 39 footer had a CCC of 3200 pounds. The 39 UFO had a CCC of 3600 pounds.
Call me ol' fashioned BUT if I saw a UFO that had a conventional interior like an Adventurer, I'd be sharpening' my pencil.

Last year my wife, daughter, and I got good look at the Flounder at a RV dealer in Phoenix, AZ. With no disrespect to Mr. John Crean Sr., but what was he thinking when he cmae up with the name "Flounder" and the concept of putting this massive 40' coach on a W-22 chassis? Personally I feel he should have stayed retired! Chuck.

Go take the tour at the Coachmen factory, the UFO's are there but I bet they won't announce officially until either Hershey or one of the other shows.
As far as the SSC, one manufacturer uses ONLY the SSC chassis --- also at one of the factory tours -- we took five tours, and I forgot who used the SSC.
It wasn't Winnie or Forest River --- maybe Coachmen, Newmar, or Monaco --
If I had a choice, Georgie Boy is the UFO for me. Nice paint, good construction, nice interior. Full wall slide driver side, front door entry.

Mike, do you know exactly how long the GBM Cruise Master 3740FWS is? Is it really 40' long? How long is the full wall slide? Chuck.

Go to www.georgieboy.com and you can see the new 2008 Cruise Master 3740 FWS on a UFO. It is 37' 4" long
