Considering a new unit anyone?

Prices are down
Money lending looks like it going to start to loosen up.
Spring is near here
Does anyone have the itch for a new or new to you unit. My DW and I both have the itch but this economy has put the damper on my heavy construction work. Looks like we will wait at least one more year, but we will still go looking. UFO would be nice .

Already did! At least new to me and the Mrs.
We got a good deal on an 05 Southwind and we traded our 90 Bounder.
I was really happy with the dealer we purchased from and the deal we received.
Love the coach and really can't wait to get on the road with it!

Like most everyone else, I have the itch, but I don't have the scratch.

Got an eye out for a motorhome, upgrading from our TrailManor. Looking at the Winnebago Sightseer 37L, among others (any words of wisdom welcomed).

Rich, good luck shopping. As well as shopping unit also shop dealers for financing rates. In window shopping units, DW and I have found some dealers still have good financing rates available and some don't

Nope, I'm sitting on what's left of my wallet. Since I don't do debt, I'm not interested in today's economic climate in putting capital in a depreciating asset like an RV - although it's arguable that an RV might not depreciate as fast as my equity holdings have in the last 18 months.

Wallet? I lost mine years ago. What year did I get married?
