Remove the dog house and check the top of the engine for any loose coolant hoses. Follow all coolant hoses and look & feel underneath for any wetness. It is likely that the fan blast caught trace amount of coolant and pushed it toward the rear and it wound up on the starter but unlikely.

I have found that the vacuum operated heater valve will leak and this would be another source of coolant to look for.

Look on the block or heads for a plug ( I think it's 1/2 or 9/16 )I had one on the drivers side and was able to get about 3 turns on it. Was able to see it between the exhaust manifolds.

cannon man, if you get a pressure tester, check your cooling system when the coolant is cold, not at operating temps. Small leaks are more easily found at hose connections, block plugs, water pump seals etc due to contraction when cold, and expansion when hot. I used to do these checks after the vehicle had set overnight. Also, don't use excessive pressure, usually the rated pressure of the radiator cap, or maybe a couple of pounds over will be sufficient to find the leak.

On the top right of engine with dog house off there are the two heater hoses with nipples splicing the hoses from engine and heater.
There will be four hose stainless clamps anyone of them could be loose, coolant will pool on top of engine and get blown by fan or burn off of exhaust manifolds, BAD.
As coolant heats up more will come out if not checked.

My left side block plug was loose too. These leaks can be tough to track down.
