Where do I got one of these?
I think found one of the problems with my level in my coolant recovery tank never changing. As you can see in the photo the cap is cracked. The crack extends into the radiator hose port so it was sucking air back into the radiator instead of coolant.
Can I just get a cap from somewhere?

If nothing else, drill a hole in that cap where the cracked port is. Put an extension on your return line to the radiator, so that it goes all the way to the bottom of the container.

I would call either Redlands or Brazels and talk to them about it. One might show up in the mail before you are able to find one locally.
That said ... those Carquest guys come up with some of the right stuff when you need it.

I actually found replacements on the web. It is a GM part. The problem is they want around $12 just for the cap. I found one on a completed auction on Ebay for $3.99 + $1.50 shipping but of course he was sold out. I will be checking the auto parts stores here in town.
