Question: Are the signal and brake lights illuminating normally? I know if you turn on the 4W flashers it'll kill the cruise control. Perhaps there's something with the bulbs back feeding through the brake circuit. Just a guess !!!

Make sure your brake pedal is all the way back and the brake light switch is not engaged.

wilanddij, Excellent suggestion! If the adjustment between the pedal and the brake light switch isn't right just the motion of going down the road could cause the cruise not to engage or become unexpectedly disengaged.

This could present as blinking brake lights especially when going over road surface irregularities to someone following the motorhome.
