I've searched the Workhorse web site for a phone number to contact someone to discuss a warranty issue. There is none.
I tried going thru the road service number but could get nowhere. The girl said they were not allowed to give out numbers. She didn't even know the warranty milage length.
The dealer denied warranty but did not know the history of the problem.
I need to contact someone to explain and plead my case.
Has anybody been thru this? Who do I contact?

Try 248-588-5300 Press 1 on the keypad. You should be able to speak with someone at that number.

I had an issue where the dealer didn't send in the warranty info so Workhorse went by the build date. Since I didn't buy the motorhome until months after the build date my warranty expired early. I called 887-294-6773 and they got it straightened out.

Thanks DriVer. The number worked (only press 3 for Customer Relations). I was able to explain my situation and was able to get my injection pump covered under warranty. They would only pay for the part not the labor but that's a whole lot better that nothing.
