Dash Air Fan, Power window and Power Seat Stopped working

I just sold my 2003 Airstream Land Yacht 33 on a P32 Workhorse chassis. The new owner called and told me that the Dash Air fan, the Power window on door and Power driver seat stopped working on the coach. What should I look for? He said the fuses seem to be good.

Don't know how the system is wired, and how he is testing fuses, you need to check those fuses with a voltmeter, to see if the fuses are even getting power.
The coach may have an aux ignition systems relay that feeds the fuses , my M/H does, bad ignition switch is possible , or if the fuses are in one section of the fuse box, a bad printed circuit board in the fuse box.
Multi meter and some time testing to track this problem down; Good Luck.

Problem solved, hopefully.

OK, the new owner turned the generator on and everything started working again, he the turned it off and everything still worked! Go figure!

Also, he forgot to tell me the power mirrors and rear dash camera had stopped working also.

All the systems described run off the chassis battery .
Has he run that battery dead and the gen set just gave it a surface charge ?
Was he able to start the engine ?
Did he try to start the engine?
Is he expecting that being on shore power keeps the chassis battery charged ?

OK, then back to a ignition systems relay or ignition switch.
With the legal battles and ongoing investigations GM is undergoing at the moment , could come down to the new owner having a large key ring hanging on the ignition switch.
Something to at least consider.
