Dash Air Not Working

Dash Air on my 2006 Allegro Bay stopped working. Took it to a local shop - all the R134a system checks OK. Can get the compressor to engage using a test relay that jumps the 12V to the compressor clutch. Interior blower works fine.

With help from factory serviceman checked out the Denso interior Heat/Cool unit (sent me schematic, Denso LA990009-2492). It is sending the proper 12V from the interior Denso Heat/Cooling Unit Magnetic Clutch Relay output pin 12a (black/white) to the Workhorse/Denso Heater Harness 201-H1187505-0 pin 6. Don't know where the other end of harness goes. Disappears into a mass of wires.

Got a Workhorse service guide - no schematics but it does say "the AC Compressor Relay is controlled by the PCM". Put a scanner on the PCM - says no command received to engage compressor. Believe that command is the 12V from the Denso unit, just don't know how it gets there.

Need schematic that will show where the 12V from the Denso unit goes on the Workhorse side.

Anyone got a wiring diagram or can lead me to one?? Thanks for any help...............

BTW: I have 48 years electronics experience and have really exhausted all that I can do without a schematic.

I've got the same MH and if the ac doesn't work when I push the button to engage the compressor then I'm in over my head.
Could it just be the switch? Does the compressor engage when you turn on defroster?
Good luck...

and, by the way,

I have been trying to decide whether or not to buy this or not. If I was in your situation, I probably would for the wiring diagram.

I think someone is making money copying a shop manual and selling it on EBAY.

That is for a 2004 but a lot of times things don't change all that much.

Worth a try.

Thanks for the response - the title says 2004 W22 but you may be right - they don't change much - will be looking it over later today.

Well just went through all 55 pages and can't find the connection between the coach and the chassis. Page 60 has the most info but that is under hood stuff. Thanks - might come in handy if I have other problems.......
