I have a 2002 WHC on a P32 chassis. I stopped for gas with the dash air on. I shut the engine down and while doing so, noticed a high pitch very short beep. I didn't give it any further thought.

After gassing up, I started the engine but the air didn't come on. No fan in any speed at all, also- the A/C compressor is not kicking in. All the doors work (vacuum). Does anyone have any thoughts as to where I would start trouble shooting? The A/C compressor CB is O.K.

Steve

I had the same thing happen. after hours of troubleshooting I found the tape on the harness had worn thru shorting the blower feed . The fuse should be fine because the fan speed resistors stop it from shorting
Lift the dash & the main harness it most likelytuching a piece of metal at the rear of the inner dash. Find the wiring rubbing there . then as a precaution use plastic wirecovering (availible at any auto parts place ) & cover all of the harnessess
