I just finished a purchase from Oemy, one of our commercial members. As with my previous purchases from two other commercial members, the interaction went smoothly. Shipping from Oemy was same day as I caught him making up another order. Any and all questions I had were answered completely and, as with the other commercial members I dealt with, several times highly informative suggestions were made. The information and help available from these members is priceless and seems to be just for the asking. Most of their pricing seems to be very competitive but after adding in the information library they offer, becomes down right economical. I wish to offer my Thanks and kudos to the many commercial members who offer their time and expertise to the members of this board and recommend, that if anyone has the opportunity to purchase items from these members, that you do so.

Thank you all
George

Thanks George!!!!

Also thanks to all iRV2.com members for their tremendous support of us over the years...we probably wouldn't be here if it wasn't for you!

As a way to say thank you, the next person to place an order for an UltraPower and mention they are an iRV2.com member will receive a free ScanGauge2!

I have to ditto what George expressed and add ....

Kieth, et al, at Redlands Truck and RV

Jon and Steve at Brazels

Glenn Norman at OEM-Engineering

These guys make RV'ing such a pleasure even with the bumps in the road we all face from time to time.

PS: WOW, Jon a Scan Gauge II, such a deal.

Bill

Kind of reminds me of a Commercial member in a newsgroup I used to frequent.

I mentioned that I'd bought a few things from him, and with one exception all were as advertised and worked well, and as for the one that was not perfect... The "Flaw" was more funny than anything else and not really worth complaining.

I got an E-mail from him and a personal Phone call within 24 hours.

(The problem was: IT is an audio pre-amp. somewhere inside they flipped the left and right leads on one of the audio jacks... I just reverse the MICS when I use it)

Another pat on the back for Oemy, Brazel's, Redlands and RV Upgrades. They have all provide above and beyond service to me personally and to the Workhorse Chassis Motorhome Club. It's great to see good people and good companies get their due. We all need to use them as much as possible.

I think you would have a difficult time finding a negative comment about our commercial members. I have not had the opportunity to use them all but those that I have dealt with have went above and beyond in helping me understand my unit and get the parts and service I needed. Please keep up the good work and I wish you a prosperous 2012
