supercub..

Kinda makes you feel like your money
ain't green enough, don't it??

I hope these guys go broke...

I ran into much the same thing at our local
Chevy dealer. I had broken my left arm, was
in a cast, had my work clothes on, and went
to look at a black shortwide 4x4 Chevy 1/2
ton, that my DW had spotted. It was raining.
The salesmen (about 5 of them) sat in the
showroom playing cards and would NOT come out
to help the old guy with the arm cast and the
dirty pants and shirt. They sent out the new
salesperson that happened to be a woman. I
told her, YOU get the commission on this sale
or I don't buy the Truck...

It is kinda typical. I purchased TWO New RV's in a 15 month period, from the Largest Single Dealership in the US.
Purchasing from them is GREAT!
Service is a nightmare, unless you purchase a $350,000RV. This dealer has around 150 + Service bays. I had to wait 9 Weeks for an appointment to have the Acadia Dash Re-call done. I had no problems with mine--Delayed My big trip 4 weeks. They took the RV back, PARKED IT IN A BAY AND IT SAT THERE THREE HOURS. I really don't know if anyone worked on it or not. I got tired of standing in the sun watching.

I try NOT to go to an RV dealer for routine service. Most are only interested in SELLING RV's, not taking care of the Customer.

Hey Supercub,

Was this at Lodi truck center??? I was going to call on them to be an Ultrapower service center, but now I'm rethinking that. That's terrible customer service, maybe they don't realize the customer is there ONLY source of income.

NO, it wasn't Lodi Truck.......I've heard good things about Lodi Truck.......in fact, the next time I need service, I'm going to give them a try.
