Delphi air box clips

I am trying to find new clips for my Delphi air filter box. I discovered that 2 had broken which left 1 holding. The air tube coming off the box seems to put pressure upward on the box and clips. I have the box number and can buy new box but hate to spend $341 when all I need is clips. Workhorse with 8.1 2007 model.

WELCOME to iRV2.com !

Contact the guys at Brazel (UltraRv), a sponsor here and experts about all things Workhorse. You may need to be patient, as they are very busy at Quartzsite right now.

You may be able to find some air boxes removed from coaches at places that do installs of cold air intakes,,, if you catch them before trash pick up. Suggest Redlands or Brazels for starters. Brazels might be doing some CAI installs at Quartzsite. Give them a call as edgray suggests.

Delphi did not make a special clip just for workhorse. It is the same clip used on other air boxes.

Go to your nearest "Pick a Part" or "U pick it" Junkyard and look around. You will find one. Bring a small tool bag with you. I would look in the GM section first.

Go to any GMC/Chev dealer parts dept and see if they can pull up this part #. Had this saved from a post by Ed Gray several years ago.

GM / WCC part # 25169408
