Dialysis Valve Kit in W24

Anyone running the Dually Valve kit in their W24 steel wheels? I measured the hand hole today, which may not be fully accurate. I came up with 4X3 and the Borg Workhorse listing is 3.75” X 2.75”.

Anyone running these that know the kit number?

Our local dialysis techs make pretty decent money but have to attend a 3 month tech school to get their license, or so I am told.
