Dialysis Valve Kit in W24

Anyone running the Dually Valve kit in their W24 steel wheels? I measured the hand hole today, which may not be fully accurate. I came up with 4X3 and the Borg Workhorse listing is 3.75” X 2.75”.

Anyone running these that know the kit number?

Our local dialysis techs make pretty decent money but have to attend a 3 month tech school to get their license, or so I am told. Hopefully at the end of the course they know how to proofread anything they intend to post online AND know the difference between their, there and they're, course and coarse, Cummins and Cummings and a few other dozen hopes I have:
