I built and installed my own Rear Track Bar and thought I was real important and that I had invented it. Then I saw a post of all the details and cut sheets on building your own. Could have saved some time and a headache.

Does anybody have any plans on how to fab a front track bar for a W20?

A retail front track bar seems to be the favorite way to proceed.

I looked at doing a DIY front TB. You would need to either weld up a version for both mounts (axle/frame) or have the ability to heat/bend 3/8" steel. Next you would have weld, drill/bolt or make a clamp style frame mount. You will also have to make a weld up or heat bend bracket for the axle mount. The rest is easy.

I'll take a look at it. Sometimes I take on projects for the fun of it, even though sometimes it's cheaper to buy it off the shelf.

I used Dales templates for my rear TB and it came out and perfroms as advertised. I would be interested in a template for the front. I have the time and facility and enjoy the satisfation of finishing a project that works.
