Early 2000s W22 rotor question

I have a 2003 W22 chassis on my 2003 Damon 373 intruder.
Question. When replacing the front rotors, do they contain the hub also, or is the hub with bearings separate? In other words, is replacing the rotors as simple as just sliding them off the studs?

The rotor is separate from the bearing hub.
