Electronic Dash Readout Starting to Fail

I have an 05 Fleetwood Southwind on the Workhorse chassis. I've started to notice that on my instrument cluster, the electronic readout on the different displays are starting to not to read properly. Fading / lines through certin readings and such.
Has anyone else experienced this, is there a recall on this cluster. I know GM had a "secret" recall on their Silverado and Sierra clusters for certin year pickups. I wondering if this could be part of the program....

Regards,
RovinOn
