emergency brake warning??????????

on our 2004 w/h fleetwood when i depress and engage the emergency brake my ABS waring light goes on and across the dash readout screen it reads BRAKE FAILURE along with a warning chime. when i disengage the brake the warning and lights go away. anyone ever have this happen and knows the fix. this does not occur everytime just once in awhile.

Sounds like a short somewhere in the wiring down there or that infamous Workhorse dash acting up.

My ABS warning light came on after my last trip, then it went off on it's own after ten minutes at freeway speed?

Please see a Workhorse Service Center to have this problem diagnosed and resolved.

The warning that you see in the command center is unrelated to the IP cluster. The text is generated from switches, sensors and relays other than from the IP itself.
