That looks like -10 SAE flares. Did they have O-rings to start or were those part of your replacement?
Unless lines rust through or an o-ring has gotten old and hard there's no reason for a leak. if it has a flare, the primary reasons for leaks are dirt on the flare surface if someone has taken the joint apart and put it back together again. Even near microscopic dirt will keep the flares from sealing and will leak through the threads. You can tell by looking for circular scratches on the flare surfaces.
If it's o-rings just replace it.
If you have to re-make those parts the metal sections will probably cost an arm and a leg to fabricate, but having hoses made with the right ends ought to be a snap. Go to a hydraulic supply store and see if you can get all the ends and the hose. then go home, install the ends on the coach, and run the hose, marking where the ends go (both length and rotation) then take the hose back to have it all crimped together. You'll have to rig another clamping system, probably two Adel clamps held with the same center bolt.
