Extended Vehicle Coverage?

I just received a mailing from "Service Protection Direct", St. Louis MO, offering an extended warranty for my Workhorse Chassis. Although it has Workhorse in it's logo, it does not appear to come officially from Workhorse. Has anyone heard of this outfit or purchased one of their policies? My factory warranty is about to expire and I'd like get some additional coverage, but this offer just seemed a little too much of a good thing.

First of all most if not all ESP's are in favor of the seller. As for WCC endorsing this, I THINK NOT. I would call WCC and verify. But, I am sure DirVer or Ed Gray will answer.
