While on the way from Houston to Ohio to attend the funeral of my mother who passed away this past week, we encountered major difficulties with the Wabco HPB braking system on our coach. The ABS and ATC warning lights came on the dash as well as Hydraulic System trouble and Brake System failure came on the LCD display.
Checking the system fuses showed no easy solution to the problem and I called the Workhorse Roadside Service number. The staff and technicians who responded to my call were super in both knowledge and responding to my problem. The coach was towed to Demontrond RV in Houston for repair work.
The South Central Regional Manager Cedric LeGuyader has been extremely helpful in getting parts located and coming in this direction to fix the problem. He has been super responsive in this instance as well as other times that I have needed help.
I cannot say enough good things about my Workhorse experience in trying to get me back on the road in a very trying personal situation.
This is my second Workhorse Chassis and any other motorhome I will purchase will most likely be on a Workhorse Chassis
Regards

I do regret the passing of your mother and you have my condolences.
I would like to encourage you to please go to Workhorse.com and rate the dealer. if you have something nice to say about them please let the folks at Workhorse know. it does impact their business and it does make a difference.

I will try to answer the thread comments in one response as our coach is now fixed due to the superb work of Workhorse and also Demontrond RV in Houston.
As for the replaced components, it was the Hydraulic Compact Unit (HCU) as far as I know. The paperwork is in progress as Demotrond RV worked late in the evening to finish as well as the regional Workhorse rep Cedric LeGuyader in resolving our issues. We will now be able to continue our trip in the early AM
WThomas--thank you very much for your thoughtfulness and we too will miss all of our friends at the West Coast Rally---see you next year.
Driver--will follow up on ratings as we did last August on great work on Fan Clutch Assembly
Regards to all

Sorry for your loss.
My coach has randomly flashed ABS fail on the dash. This shows up when attempting to start the coach. Turning the key off and back on has always rectified the situation. We have 31K on the odo for now.
