The Actia Instrument Cluster (50402-C) programming doesn't show up as still being open? I was told that those 2 (brakes, gauge cluster) were needed, and they only did the brakes at that time.

It was just a flash programming. Has nothing to do with the LCD display.

You have to go by VIN#. I'm not sure what the range is.
