In original post I said that I had misfires on #5 & 7 plugs, and problems with the dash AC including compressor head pressure of 400psi. The Workhorse service center replaced the plug wires(just read a post where high temp plug wires were $150. Mine, counting labor were over $411) Problem seems solved. One issue I didn't mention was a vacuum problem. They replaced the master control valve and that problem seems to be solved. They could only get the head pressure to 375 but suggested I get the remote condenser kit from Workhorse. I left for my trip to VA and all went well until I departed the KOA at Charlottesville on the curvest road I've been on in a long time. The fan belt broke. I suspect it injested the mesh tubing that protects the top raditor hose. Why or how, I don't know. It was the scariest ride I've ever been on. Anyway, I'm now waiting word if the MH can be fixed. So much for the fan belt that was supposed to last 150000 miles. The MH only had 16000 on it. I guess I don't have to worry about that AC anymore.

We often see where low mileage and disuse sometimes can aggravate a condition where having run the motorhome for thousands of miles we often see that these issues are not so frequently observed.
At almost 60,000 miles my motorhome runs better today that it ever has. I do regret all the expense this will set you back and once back up to speed - run your motorhome like you stole it! It'll thank you for it.
The next few items you should be concerned with would be cooling system maintenance, brake hardware maintenance and flushing and your fuel filter. Don't forget to check the DOT codes on your tires as well.
Hang in there!

Driver. I'm afraid I disagree with your assertion that the low milage on my MH had anything to do with the "accessory drive belt" failure. Otherwise Workhorse would have put a note next to their statement about the belt lasting 150000 miles. To quote them "Long life expectancy".They would have had to add a note that this is true only if you drive a min of 12000 miles per year. I think something happened like the AC compressor seized. Hopefully the experts can tell me what went wrong. By the way, the low milage isn't as low as it seems since I bought the MH in 2002. This was the second trip this year and I had covered about 1000m on this trip.
I respect your advice on most occassions. I was very interested in your description an pics on installing the Ram air kit. I followed your directions when I did mine.I must confess that I had to take it off as it was too loud.Maybe I did something wrong. I'm still waiting for the Insurance people to tell me if the MH is fixable. I sure would like to put it on the road more frequently, just like you suggested.
