Just completed a 3000 mile trip and during the trip I noticed my left front wheel had what appeared to be a very small run of a lite oil. I checked the oil bath level and saw no drop. Upon climbing uder the Rig, I noted that there a coating of oil and a dip coming from the bottom of the brake rotor. The Rig is at the dealer now and they ind. this was new to them.

Has anyone had wheel bearing seal leaks on a w22.

Thx

Ours started to leak soon after, (<5000miles), warranteed brake work including rotors was done here in AZ. on all wheels.

Smell and liquid residue was noticed during our trip to Wa. The DS seal was leaking. Brazels' did the DS seal re replacement, also under warrantee , and it stayed fixed.

A year later the PS front seal started to leak and was not covered by warrantee at Brazels' It too has stayed fixed.... so far at 53k miles
