It would be more helpful if you posted the make and year of you MH.

My Bounder 454 had two fuel filters on it amidship. So details matter.

Did you drive it somewhere to get gas?

If not, when was the last time it ran.

The answer to your guestion is i went to the pala gas station and put a 100.00 worth of fresh gas in the tank. I tryed to start it two hrs. later and she started but this girl i know was in the motorhome with me and she got up and pushed the two switches for the batt and aux switches at the same time as i had the motorhome running after that happend she would not start again What do you think may be the problem

Ok, so it does not even crank?

If true, look at the battery connections and make sure they are clean and tight.

You say she pushed the switchs at the same time. Did it stop running or did you shut it off?

Me thinks allowing some girl to willy-nilly push switches when the motor home is running is the problem.
That is certainly not the right way to start a motor home, (OR to keep a running motor home, running).
Starting is a one person operation.
