There should be a number on a tag attached either to the pump or the pump wiring harness. NAPA probably has a record but it may take time for them to find it if you bought it on a cash slip. IF you have an account there it would be easy. Otherwise they will need to know the approximate date you bought the pump. This is why I keep all my receipts in a file I keep in the Motorhome.
Fuel pumps do not normally last just 6 months unless something else is wrong. Three of the most common causes are dirty or contaminated fuel, a poor ground connection somewhere or a low voltage condition to the pump. These need to be checked before you go to all the work of changing the pump. NAPA is quite liberal with their warranties however they won't just keep handing them out to anyone.
You will need some proof of purchase before NAPA will do a warranty replacement. Go to the store and talk to them.
