Hi,
I did a search for gas cap and found Stant P/N 11506. 2002 Calalier.
Today went to Parts store and found this cap but it is a locking cap. If you want a non-locking cap the P/N is 11836.
This fits my 2002 W22 Bounder. It looks like the one that was on there.
This is a great site.
Thanks
Ron

Well, you basically have two chioces..
One go to Workhorse and pay through the bridle
Two, go to any auto parts store and tell 'em you bit a big whomping Chevy Silverado with a 8.1 L Vortec under the hood.
They won't know the difference
neither will the Workhorse
The price is...... LESS

The caps noted here and in other threads have "bumps" on the body and appear to be designed for larger filler necks. I have an 06 HR Admiral on a W-22, built in 7/05. The filler neck has a smaller diameter and utilizes a threaded screw-on type of cap. The Napa # is 703-2103 for a locking cap. Not sure about the non-lock model.
BTW, if you would like a spare, stop by the Flying J in Spiceland, IN. Thank my DW

My Chassis was bulit in 2004 but is a 2005 chassis... If you wish a genuine Workhorse NON-LOCKING gas cap... Well.... I have one
The standard Chevy Silverado locking cap fits like a glove, NO problems

It's been about 5 years since this thread was active so I thought to post my findings. I tried to find a locking or non-locking cap using the numbers from posts on this and several other threads on iRV2 and Olmy's website. Nothing was available at Kragen, Auto Zone or on line. I did manage to find some at NAPA such as the Silverado caps, and while they fit the gas filler diameter and locking ears, the gasket didn't seal the filler pipe. This may have not been noticed by other posters. NAPA did have one l locking cap that's a good fit. P/N 703-1721, upc 99304-05504. Distributed by CST, Inc, Mt. Carmel, IL. This fit a Workhorse W-22, Chevy Vortec 8.1L, chassis date 2004, Winnebago Adventurer 37B 2005 model.

After losing mine I tethered the new one, from now on it goes where the motorhome goes. Lesson learned.
