Thats a loaded question. It depends on the coach, weight, how heavy your foot is, etc. But, on average we see between .5 to 1 mpg.

I was getting between 6.6 and 7.5 mpg before UltraPower pulling a Honda CRV. I consistently get 7.5 to 8.5 mpg after UltraPower. On the flats I can run 8.7 with the toad and 9 or better without the toad.

The drive ability difference was worth it for me. A lot less dropping out of OD, almost no 3 rd gear down shifts etc.

My upgrade has givein me +2 mpg since getting done at Tenn. rally 06. Thought it might have changed when I had it fine tuned this summer but is still holding +2.
Had three Fords and was use to the 6's so was surprised when going down to Tenn. and returning back on same route went from 6.1-6.9 to 8.5 & 9.1.
Still keep a check on long trips and its the same. I do not have a tow.

The mileage gains are overstated. The power gains might not be....according to the dyno runs.

After my Ultrapower upgrade, new Taylor Extreme wires and regapped spark plugs, we gained no increase in MPG.

I agree with OEMTECH...it's really about the "drive ability" and not the mileage.

If people report they are getting 9 mpg, they are going downhill the whole time with a huge tail wind!

I did a trip this summer going 4855 miles from California to Tennessee and back... I got a high of 9.35 and a low of 6.50.

But like others have stated it's the drive ability that has me convinced that I made the right move when getting the Ultrapower done.... Not to menton the support you get from Brazel's RV and Redlands RV...

We did a 8000 mile trip this summer with a low of 6.0 and a high of 7.8 towing the toad with the air on all the time. Cruise control set at 60MPH. Power increase is much more noticeably then mileage increase. Rick

I agree with the above. However, I might add that the speed you run at cruise has a lot to do with mileage. We help with the farm season here in central Illinois where the speed limit for motorhomes is 55 MPH. The landscape here is flat as a pancake and with no wind at 55 MPH I can get 9 MPG, sometimes a little bit over. I have the ultrapower upgrade. If I increase my speed to 60 MPH I can't get 9 MPG. At 65 MPH it closer to 8 MPG. Out west in the winter and pulling those hills I have seen it drop to 6 MPG.
