I know I have seen this before on the Forum, but like a dummy, I didn't earmark it or print it off. I believe someone said there was 12 Grease zerks on the W22 Chassis. Is there a schematic anywhere as to their locations? Thanks in advance. Keep the Forum rolling it is greater than Skippy Peanut Butter & Light Bread.

You need to download the Workhorse Gas Motorhome Chassis Guide from the Workhorse website. It shows you all the lube spots plus tons of other very useful info.

There is a nice little diagram and discription of each fitting on page 152, 153 and 154 of your WCC chassis manual

criscriscola: There are 3 zerks on the passenger front steering components. There are 5 zerks on the driver's side. These are easy to spot. There is one (usually hiding under a red rubber cover cap)on each drive shaft universal joint. There is one on the female side of the slip joint(where the DS is SPLINED and can slide in and out. Differing wheel base lengths determine how many U-joints there are, so your total count may be less than mine, which is 13 total.

Page 94 of the "Workhorse Gas Motorhome Chassis Guide" does list lubrication points but not all have zerks, i.e. #3. Steering Column U-Joints. And not all have instructions anywhere else on how to do it or with what, i.e. #7. Spring Slip Pads.

Driver;

I know this is an old post, however, all the links no longer work. WCC has "undated" their website. Personally I think it is MUCH less user friendly than the old site. There is also nowhere to go to do the manual downloads like before. Any help?

Thanks,
Charlie
