can anyone tell me why my heater only works on high in my 2004 itasca sunova

If it is the dash heater I would check the resistor pack.

The coach builder may have located the resistor pack anywhere they choose. It is almost impossible to even guess where it might be. It is logical that it would be located within a short distance from the HVAC controls.

Normally, they are located in the blower housing, so they are cooled during operation.

Mine is located on the passenger side, front side of firewall, it has a black T-shaped connector with 3 wires.
