See if these manuals help you. Quick read doesn't show jack Assembly will look for type jack but instructions seem similar.

Here is another with jack brakedown and parts ID.

Those jack legs may be a challenge for a hack saw.
Failure mode 1 is when the solenoid valves stick or the coils open, preventing an individual jack from extending or retracting. Solution is to open each individual valve via the "T" handle provided on the end of the valve solenoid for this purpose.

Failure mode 2 is when the shuttle valve sticks, preventing ALL jacks from retracting. The solution is to slightly unscrew one of the four check valves on top of the valve body, creating a pressure imbalance which drives the shuttle valve back to its "non-extend" position.

The above are covered in the instructions for the HWH system.

Failure mode 3 is when a jack piston/gland packing fails, jamming the piston rod. Solution is to apply one standard 2 x 4 as a lever to get the offending jack back up (yes, I carry one).

Failure mode 4 is when one is an idiot and extends the jacks into puddles of water in freezing weather. Don't ask me how I know about this, I just do.

I'm going to scared to use my jacks ever again, even if they get them fixed.

It's been tough not being able to do much of any thing. I believe I broke the femur neck where it goes into the hip. I'm not supposed to put any weight on it til I go back to the Doc 7-9. I could actually walk on it ( without the Drs permission) but I don't want to risk slowing the healing.
It may be a while before I'm good as new, but as soon as I'm given the OK to walk on it without a crutch, life will be much easier and I can help out a little, at least around the house. I'm still planning some Motorhome trips but but probably not motorcycles.
Seems like bad luck but I've been blessed with a lot of good luck thru out my life. Every thing happens for a reason, I guess. Maybe the Lord wanted me to practice for retirement rather than work for C DOT. Sorry for the long rant guys, but thanks for askin.
I'll be back soon, and lokking forward to laughing about this fiasco

Thanks for the reply Max. I know about the useless feeling! Follow the Docs advice and Hang in there, sounds like you have the right attitude to get you through the healing process.
Take care of the Honeydo list and the motorhome at a later date. Proper healing is the most important thing.

Mahlon is correct, all four of mine would not retract and opening the manual valves didn't work either. Had to open one of the four 5/8" nuts on top of the manifold, bleed off some fluid, then they retracted. When I changed the shuttle valve, the "O" rings on it were pretty bad causing it to stick.

Thanks, will read through those. Max49 hope you recover quickly. I had knee surgery 3 years ago and it has just been within the last few months that my knee is at 100%, running 4-5 miles 3 times a week.
