Are you kidding.... Not even on a good day would I leave the filter hang. The clamps are there for a reason. There are 4 clamps.. 1 on the filter and 1 for each fuel line.

I would ask Hellwig and the installer to sign a Document of Assigned Liability" for the Product and Install.

Next from the looks of the filter I would change it!!

I'm thinking that this installer dismissed some of the OEM hardware in favor of the Hellwig Anti Sway device. Did Hellwig say it was OK or did the dealer that installed the hardware say that?

The answer you received seems to me be be too convenient in favor of the aftermarket installer.
