I had my fuel clip recall performed by an authorized workhorse servicer, but they don't seem to be able to clear my open item on Workhorse. I have the receipt reflecting the change and cost.
Does anyone know a way to get this cleared directly with Workhorse?

The only way I know is to have a service center do the work and one assumes they bill Workhorse for the job and that clears it... Likely someone got your VIN wrong either on the work order or on the owner registration..
page 2; Suggestion
In your owner's manual is a 1-800 Number.... call it and explain to the very nice lady at extension ZERO what the problem is.. I have said very nice things about this lady in the past.. Hopefully she will turn you over to someone about whom you will say nice things in the future.

Thanks for the suggestions. I have contacted DriVer and he is handling it for me. If that doesn't work I'll try your suggestions.

There was a recall issued (69749) about a year or two ago to replace the fuel retaining clip in the fuel rail to the injectors on the 8.1 to prevent possibility of fire.
You can get more info on the Workhorse website and find out if your motorhome is affected.

Domestic Duc, May I have the last 8 digits of your VIN# and I will check for you.
You can investigate this by entering 60601-C in our search engine which will give you a lot of information. If you have a 2004 or later chassis you might be subject to the campaign if it hasn't already been accomplished.
The clip holds the internal components of the fuel rail damper in place. This device works as pressure damper and helps manage the gasoline in the fuel system. It is located on the top right hand side of the engine.
A fuel rail clip failure which is located on the fuel rail damper provided by GM, could fracture and cause a separation thereby allowing gasoline under high pressure to vent onto hot engine surfaces. The result of the failure could be and has been caused a fire in the engine compartment which in one or more cases case has created a total loss fire. No injuries have been reported in regard to the issue that I am aware of.

Domestic Duc, The 1st of the 8 digits that you provided would need to be a "4". You are not involved in the clip recall.
