Many parts shops, radiator shops, etc. can fab the new lines. In one scenario they take your ends, cut off the crimp connections, & tig-weld on a new fitting for a new crimp. If the metal tube section is long enough this works easily. I did a refrigerant line recently, about $40 at my local radiator shop.
As to the connection, looks like there is a hex body below the top hex/angle part of the fitting. My guess is a thin headed wrench, maybe a crows foot on a ratchet & extension to get at the hex fitting below?
