had 2 hoses leaking on my lr slide. called winn and spoke with jay in cust support and he explained how to remove the hoses. boy was he great to work with. I then call steve at hwh to order my hoses and he felt the hoses should not have failed after 4 years.. he called me back 2 days later and said hwh would rpl my hoses free of charge. I didnt ask nor did I expect that. thanks to hwh and winn for true cust support. If we could only get wh to be half as helpfull with their brake problems. p.s. If you ever have to rpl any hoses on the lr slide, dont fret. it took me less than 20 minutes to remove hoses and slideout rod.very easy job

That Great.

HWH did a good job for me. They replaced solenoids twice and all the jacks under warranty. They made sure the I was happy with my Leveling System. It is work just fine for me. One button push and it is level. I did modify the Leveling broad on my own. (Note picture) It is one of the reasons why it is push button leveling.
