I just had the a/c condensor replaced and the workhorse shop cut away all the existing air dam because it was mostly rotten and shredding. they suggested I replace it asap.
they told me my local OSH hardware store has the material in sheets and I can buy what ever size I need. I guess it is about 3/16 or 1/4 inch thick. I then have to mount it and cut out for places that should not be blocked.
Does anybody know what size I should buy to start with. that would save me a trip to the storage and I could get the material and have it on hand from the next time I have free time to work on it.
I would also appreciate any clues or things to look out for or shortcuts to installing it. they told me to get a bag of "fender washers" to use under the screws but didn't tell me what size and I never thought to ask.
I appreciate any help, info and advice.
Best to all,
Bebop Bill

Bill,
I had mine replaced by dealer so not sure how hard it would be but the dealer only charged one hour labor. If you can get hold of Workhorse they should be able to give you the size. If you ook at the screws that were holding the old dam in place you can see what size washers to use.
