Hi, I'm installing new plug wires in my 8.1 Winnebago. Is there anything special about the install? Any tips or advice?
and where are the #5 & #7 plugs? drivers side or passenger side?
Thanks,
Greg

Those should be on the drivers side, Make sure you use di-electric lube on the boots. I also removed the metal heat shields and used the kevlar heat boots. You can find them on Oemtech Website. Curious to know why you are looking for 5&7 plugs? Also, do it when engine is cool.

The di-electric lube is applied to the inside of the metal connector that fits on the top of the spark plug. I usually coat the top of the plug and then snap the wire on.

Dielectric grease is a non conductive grease that aids in sealing the boots from moisture. It also aids in the removal of the boots.

Don't need no stinking bandaids! I do them from under the coach and do plugs/wires in about 20 minutes if I hustle.
