Instrument Panel

I have a 2003 Winnebago on a workhorse P32 chassis.
When I turn the key to start the engine, it starts ok, but when
I let go of the key it dies. If I hold the key for 4 or 5 seconds
it will remain running, but I don't have anything working on
instrument panel. If I turn it off wait 20 Minutes, restart it
the instrument panel works. If I turn it off, restart it the
instrument panel will not work unless I wait 20 minutes.
Any and all suggestions are welcome.
Thank You.
