When I first bought my MH back in 04 (new) I had an issue with everything on my panel going to zero. It was like turning the key off. They replaced the panel and it seemed to go away. Just this weekend it did it again while driving. Just seconds later everything started working again. Is this a known issue?

Thanks

Yes, it is a known issue, and has been discussed here many times. If you do a search for IP reset you will find many threads such as this one : Actia Cluster Update

It is an anomoly caused by too much data arriving at the IP simultaneously, hence a reset. The ding you hear is the low fuel alarm triggered by that guage dropping before returning to normal after the reset.

I've learned to ignore mine when it does it. ED

Thanks edgrey, I have had this problem a few times, and now ignore it, but that the first time anyone has explained why it happens.

Thanks. I know what it's like to go into information overload. I do it all the time.
