I just ordered all 4 of them this morning for my W22 chassis. The cost including shipping was $476.
The salesman was very informative and double-checked the application at konirv.com just to be sure I was getting the right ones!

I could not find them for less than $580+shipping anywhere else.

I've also ordered from Henderson's the SS302 Rear Trac Bar. Can't wait to get them installed and feel the difference in ride quality! Those Bilsteins are just too HARSH!

Where did you get the shocks at? That appears to be a very good price. I found them at at shox.com for 499.00 for my Ford.

I bought them at the same place, shox.com

Not really sure what they list as the price per piece, but was quoted $476 for all 4 both on the website and from the salesman at their listed number.

And yes, I'm happy with the price, although I have not actually recieved them as of yet.

Tom,
I recently installed the Koni's all around on my 2004 Adventurer 33V and cannot be more pleased with the performance.
I only had 5500 miles on my coach when I put them on and it made a big difference in the ride quality.
I purchased them from Mike at Brazeels and had a tire shop install them for me.
Hope this information helps you.

Tom, we put them on our or 32' Brave. What a difference in the ride and the way it handles the bumps in the pavement. Go for it.

Tiffin replaced my front shocks with the Monoroes and I was left holding the bag on the rears so I picked up a set of Bilsteins and put them on myself.

I have an Allegro bay 35db on a w22 chassis if that matters

I was sondering if I would benefit from changing out the Monroes to the new Koni's?
More than likely later on I would do both the front and rear but was thinking that the Monroes would be the weak link at this point.

Any thoughts on if this is a good plan or not?

Thanks

Don

I've been thinking about replacing my Bilsteins on my 2004 Allegro Bay 37DB with Koni FSD shocks. Bagman.

I've been wondering where you have been, Chuck. Please let us know what you decide, and how much difference it makes to your ride. ED

edgray, for the longest time I could not get on this site using my name and password. Finally it worked. However, I have been reading comments on irv2 all along. Chuck.

Got the Koni's installed today along with the track bar. I took it on a short shake-down trip of a couple of miles and noticed right away that the ride is noticably softer.

Before with the Bilstiens, every little dip, fracture or divot in the road would cause a shockwave through the rv rattling everything from the front to the rear.

Now, there is a noticable "rolling" feeling when driving over the same conditions. Not the same rolling one would feel when shocks are worn, but a nice soft reaction to the road with a very quick recovery back to level driving.

As for the track bar, I noticed a very big improvement in handling. No more rear-end wandering when passed by other vehicles. I even tried to get the rear to wobble by turing the wheel from side to side. It felt rock solid!

Hope this description helps those who asked!
