We wanted our UltraPower upgraded to the latest version and needed a fix to our SMI Stay-n-Play tow brakes. After stopping in at the Brazels Big Tent booth here in Quartzsite an appointment was made right there with no waiting. We pulled in to their Lavish (!) repair facility the next day at the appointed time and Steve brought his laptop into our Trek and started the upgrade almost immediately. While that was going on Jason, a Tech from the Redlands shop, started tracing down our tow brake problem. He found a cut cable that attaches an air cylinder to our CRV brake pedal had been CUT! DW and I figured it had to be one of the Audio people that installed our car Serius Radio in Tucson. Anyway, Jason said he had a used part in Redlands that he would have Keith bring back to QZ the following day. Good thing because that model of SMI is no longer made and finding parts would be a pain. We brought our car in on Saturday and left it there while we wandered the big Tent trying to spend money on stuff we probably don't need. When we returned the part was in, the brakes work perfect and they wouldn't take any money for the labor or parts. What a great team! Thanks Keith, Mike and Steve. You run a Class Act Shop!!

You are correct and I for one am proud to say that it is a pleasure to have two such companies also as Sponsors here on iRV2!!

It was good to see Mike was too busy to chat when I stopped in to see him on Thursday!

I've been around here for a couple 3 years now and if I'm mistaken I can give you every negative comment that has been made about Brazels & Redlands

Here they are:

End of list

Both Redlands and Brazels have been very supportive in sponsoring events at our National Rallies. These guys are both a class act and we are very fortunate to have them as iRV2.com sponsors.

Redlands is my shop (round the corner) great service and never a problem. Now if I can just convince the DW to let me spend the $$$ for the Ultrapower!

I'm told one should proffread carefully to make sure one does not leave any out.

I meant to say "if I'm NOT mistaken" in my previous post.

Still, it appears the message got across

Total negative comments = zero.

Now some of the positive comments (too many to list) were very impressive indeed.. including Brazil's or Redlands taking care of issues that were very clearly NOT their fault as a service to their customers.

Too funny! In my area, businesses that have that kind of reputation are called 'Diamond Certified' and are the best of the best.

I too wish to give my Kudos to these people. I stop to see them(friday)the day before the big show opened and they set me up with an appoint for sunday to get new plugs, wires, and the ultra power. Got me right in sunday and had my rig done in the time they said they would. Very happy with the work done.
