My lcd screen is fading out. I always keep screen on my oil pressure as I like to monitor oil pressure while driving. I cannot tell what gear I have coach in either, it has faded that much. What causes this and what can I do to correct problem. I dislike this LCD screen because in bright sunlight, you cannot read it when it is working correctly. Is it just me or does anyone else have this problem. Thanks

There have been ongoing problems with the IP. My speedometer went out and was replaced. You might check with a WH service center to see if it can be replaced under warranty.

Good luck.

I had my Instrument Panel Display replaced in December 2007 under warranty. I am going to return to have it replaced again because the new one does not have a voltage reading. These displays have caused a lot people a lot of problems. If you are still under warranty, contact an authorized Workhorse center and they will replace it. If you are not under warranty, contact the IPD supplier, Actia, and they may offer to replace it at no charge because they have had so many problems. The fellow who handles this at Actia is Paul and his number is 574-266-2672.
