I am not sure if this is the correct place to post this .. but ...
The LED screen on my dash has an annoying recurring problem. The numbers and letters are often only partially visible. The P for Park, for example, is very "thin" and/or other letters or numbers have small pieces missing. I have tried the default settings and adjusting the contrast. These do not fix the problem. Any suggestions? I have a 2004 W22 chassis, by the way.

Send a message via AIM to oemtech
If it is the Acita cluster I would suspect it is about to take a hike. Contact Workhorse or Acita as it is a known/common problem.

The phone number for Actia is 866-662-9945.

The Acita display is an LCD display not an LED display. Having said that I would agree with oemtech, many, including myself, have had this display replaced at least once.

I've had my display replaced twice. Take note of you mileage before it is entirely unreadable. Knowing the mileage will speed up the replacement as the displayed won't have to be have to be scanned to retrieve the mileage.

Thanks for the input. I now know it is a LCD display and I will call Actia. Hopefully, this will resolve the problem.

K Man, I too have had our Actia IP LCD display replaced. You'll have to take your MH to an autherized dealer for the warrenty replacement. The new LCD has a orange background and may be a little hard to read with polarized sun glasses. If you have any problems you can reach Paul Windbigler at (866) 662-9945. Happy Holidays.

Ed
