Locking torque converter

I have a tranny question. Does anyone know of a locking torque converter that can be installed in a Chevy 454/400 power train? I'm not really interested in an overdrive which would only increase my slip factor.
If they don't make one presently, someone could get rich building them.
Thanks, in advance, for any help.

Don

Thanks for the phone #. Called them and they said that at one time someone made a locker for the 400, but not anymore. They said Gear Vendors was my only choice.
