Have 2003 Newmar KSCA 3740 and have recently lost the use of both turn signals, 4-way flasher still works but no left or right signal
I wanted to check my fuses but I do not know where the internal fuse block is located, from my book this seems to be where they would be located. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Bill Senick

Bill, The signal light fuse is located under the hood in the chassis panel. Look toward the right side of your hood opening over by the power brake booster. It looks like a BIG black plastic box with clips on the side.

Bill, I have a 2004 Mountain Aire Gas Model 3778. My turn signals went out the same as yours. I checked everything, mine has 2 round flashers under the dash mixed in with the wiring mess. Like to have never found one of the flashers, replaced with heavy duty everything works fine.

One flasher is for the standard turn signals and the other one is for the 4 way flashers. I changed mine out for one that has a LOUD beeper.

BILL: Be sure to check the fuse panel in the dash. Directly in front of your steering wheel, on top of the "hump", there is a cover held on by velcro at each corner. Just pry it off for access to the fuses. ED

DriVer, thanks but the box you outlined is the external fuse box without turn signal fuses.
Carson, I will try and locate the flashers and see if one is bad, thanks.
Thanks JCM I will keep this in mind.
Oemy, that's the one in my book also, I just do not know where it is located.
EdGray, I see you have the same coach, I am aware of the block under the dash cover however its not the one in my book or the one on Oemy's site. Unfortunately I am 6'3" and 235 lbs and just had recent open heart surgery so rambling around under the dash is a little difficult, but I am sure with all of you help I will prevail.
Thanks, Bill Senick

Bill: The FIRST 3 pictures on OEMY's site show a fuse panel with 2 each 30 AMP marked as being for "PWR ACCY #1 AND #2". Also on that panel, you should find a 15Amp fuse in position #10, which is "susposed to be" the one Newmar used for the TS. However, I've found that some of mine are not used for the circuit they were intended or marked on the panel. While this creates a PITA, as long as the amp rating is correct, it really does not matter which fuse is on which circuit, except for ease of locating it. Another thing I've learned recently is that the fuse did not "appear" to be blown, but replacing it with a new one restored the function to begin working again. In the case of your TS not working, I suggest you get to the panel (as shown on OMEY'S site) which I think you WILL find under the cover on the dash hump (there are two panels under that cover), and start replacing the 15 amp fuses until your TS work again. I wish you good luck!
OBTW, isn't your coach the one with the beautiful "all white" exterior? ED

Bill, I have seen coach panels in just about every position imaginable from a dedicated and properly installed "panel enclosure" under the dash cluster, to Velcroed hatch covers to no cover and no rhyme or reason. I've seen chassis panels free floating without anything holding them in place and then again simply screwed onto a plywood firewall using sheetrock screws. You are correct that it isn't at all easy getting under the dash to check this stuff out but in the end it's where you're going find it if it's not sitting in a logical place.
With the trouble I was having with my signal lights not working was unrelated to the signal fuse in the coach panel and was found to be a bad fuse in the chassis panel. With a test light you can probe both sides of a fuse (bare metal at the top) without removing the fuse. I have also found a bad socket connection which was resolved by simply removing and reinserting the fuse but you can rule that out with a test lamp.
The fuses that I was focusing on were, STOP, HAZARD, CRUISE, BRAKE. I forget exactly which one was bad at the time but replacing that fuse I got a lot of stuff back. Of course this was after my encounter with a lightning bolt.

Carson and JCM I found the flasher way up under the dash, in fact I removed the front left portion of the dash for easy access and I purchased a new one this evening and will install tomorrow.
EdGray Oemy's fuse panel is the one I am still trying to locate, under my upper dash panel is only one fuse panel and its Newmar's, I know its got to be someplace but where? Since you have the same coach where is yours. And yes mine is the all white one, 97,500 miles and still kicking, thanks for the compliment.
Driver, I will follow your last instructions and check the under hood fuse block for defective fuses. This is driving me NUTS. Thanks everyone for your help I will let you know the outcome.

BILL: I'm trying to help . I was trying to locate a fuse on my own rig just a week or so ago, so my memory is still pretty good on this subject.
On MINE, there are two (2) fuse panels under the removable cover on the dash hump. The "larger" panel, which I think is the one you called "Newmar's", is on the radio side of the opening. The smaller fuse panel, like the one in OMEY's pictures, (which I think contains the TS fuse you are seeking) is on the left and is held in place by a single bolt or screw, so that the fuses are visible when looking down into the abyss from the dash. Perhaps your panel was not mounted like mine, or has fallen down into the mass of wires in there. But, I'm hoping you will find it attached to the end of a large bundle of wire harness....it "should" be there. And thanks for getting the picture of your coach working again, I've always liked that look better than mine with the dark green paint on the compartment doors. Happy fuse hunting! ED

ED, your a genius!!!! Found the fuse block on the far bottom left of the abyss under the A/C duct work, and since I had the front left portion of the dash out it was easy to unscrew the ducts and pull both ducts up above the dash. Had to use needle noise pliers to R/R the fuse but once in place everything works.
And since I had the dash in such a mess I figured I might as well spruce up the bundles of wires and plastic ties.
Again, thank you ever so much, my rebuilt heart thanks you also.

BILL: I'm VERY happy I was able to convince you to keep looking, BUT I can assure you there are lots of people who will disagree with your kind words about me.

I have a similar problem. I have a 2004 Holiday Rambler Admiral on a Workhorse chassis. My turn signal flasher fell off and was laying on the floor of the driver foot well. My four light emergency flasher works fine. My turn signals are dead. I have removed the dash and found the four light emergency flasher. It looks identical to the turn signal flasher. I know what the wiring harness connection to the flasher looks like. I have had no luck finding the flasher harness connection for the turn signal. After reading the exchanges above, I was hoping some one can give me more specific directions as to where the turn signal flasher wiring harness connection is? I have spent approximately 8 hours looking for this connection and it is driving me crazy. I know the fix is simple. I just can not find the connector for the turn signal flasher.
