Hmmmm Sounds like you do now.....I know on my Actia when they were sent in for repair the RV dealer said they had to send the old unit in so that Actia could transfer the miles to the new unit.

On my third unit but I've not heard of a problem like yours. Will be interesting to hear what solves it.

Yes it works great. The ground side would be fine.
