Hmmmm Sounds like you do now.....I know on my Actia when they were sent in for repair the RV dealer said they had to send the old unit in so that Actia could transfer the miles to the new unit.

On my third unit but I've not heard of a problem like yours. Will be interesting to hear what solves it.

I don't have a clue about why the milage was lost...however I can tell you my chassis disconnect switch fell completely apart a couple years ago.

It was one of those round plastic ones and it was a pain to replace so I added a knife blade cutoff switch at the battery.

I won't wear out the new round one ever.

I was thinking about putting the knife blade type disconnect on mine, does it work good. Was thinking aboutputting it on the ground side.

Yes it works great. The ground side would be fine.
