Low Voltage O2 sensor Bank 2

I have a 2003 Pace arrow with a 2002 W22 chassis, 8.1 Chevy with Ultrapower ECM, and Banks Power system. I lately have received a O2 sensor code for low voltage Bank 1. I changed out both O2 sensors and had the same problem. My mechanic said it may be a bad wire to the sensor. Just for my own peace of mind I swapped the left with the right and now the code comes in for the right or Bank 2 sensor.

I have cleaned the air cleaner, Mass air flow sensor, changed the fuel filter. Had the fuel filter checked for pressure and flow. I will be changing the right sensor again to eliminate it.

Strange part is that it occurs about every 180 miles. I can drive 160 miles no problem, stay for the night and right around 20 or 30 miles the next day it will set the Low voltage Bank 2 code again. I use my OBDII scanner and reset the code and I am good for about 180 miles, give or take.

My intermittent O2 sensor problem finally went away after about a year and a half by cleaning the MAF and replacing the air filter. I too changed the sensors with no affect.

Is your air filter a K&N? Why didn't you just replace the air filter? $12 for a new one.

Strange that the problem moved with the sensor. Perhaps one of the new sensors is bad. After I put a new sensor in and it didn't fix the problem I put the old one back in. Worked in electronics all my life and have seen new parts go bad more than once.

Keep us informed as I'm curious what is causing the problem.

Banks does move the O2 sensors and they are at different distances from the head. Did UltraRV know that you had the Banks when you got the UltraPower? My understanding in speaking with them about this is that they make adjustments if they know you have a Banks exhaust to account for the O2 positions.
