W-20 chasis.......when are you suppose to change the fluid and filter on the transmission? How many miles or how many months

How bout flushing the radiator and changing the fluid.
My motorhome is an 03 and has 27,000 miles and as far as I know nothing has been done except to change the oil and filter every 3,000 miles, and I have changed the fuel filter and just flushed the brake fluid lines too. Plus lubed the chasis at oil changes and checked the rear end fluid.
Anything else I should have done and is needed? Thanks
