Just left Brazel's today after getting new plugs & wires and a couple of other small problems fixed. While they were under it Alan found a trans cooler steel line that was rubbing the frame, so he fixed it, no charge. Also checked the brake rotors and pads and noticed the rotors were starting to crack. This chassis was built in 06/02 but only has just under 19,000 miles on it. Mike Bronzini called W/H and asked them if they would cover this condition since it was not part of the ZOPS recall but was built very soon after the end of the recall, Mike called me today to say they did agree to replace the rotors and pads and the labor.

Now to me that is GREAT customer service from both W/H and from Brazel's!!

I have an appt. to take it back in on Wednesday to have the work done. It just doesn't get any better then that.

Yes, I will tell the world about great service just as I would about bad.

Thank you Mike, Jeff and Alan and we will see you on Wednesday.

Jerry
