Hasanyone xplored the posability of a CNG conversion for the 8.1 w22 ?

They do it all the time across the pond. So to answer your question, Yes.

Would I do a CNG conversion, probably not.

Just bought a new f350 gasser as a TV. They offer an option for cng prep @ $315. Problem is there are no cng stations near me and I would still need around $3k more for fuel tank and everything else.
